This elegant and sophisticated luxury flat, entirely refurbished, has been decorated with taste and a typical oriental touch.

The flat consists of a living-room and a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single sofa-bed and a private internal courtyard.

Outside the building looks like  an old typical Venetian house, but inside it is very modern.

The flat is fully equipped (iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, kettle, oven, coffee maker, bed linen and towels, pillows, blankets, radio with usb port, hair dryer, microwave, toaster, TV and Wi-Fi) with everything you need to make yourself feel at home!

The flat is connected to Cà Annalaura 1 by the private internal courtyard, where it is possible to have your breakfast and to relax enjoying the silence.

The flat is well located and it is near the most important sights, but it is also in a quiet position. It is only 10 mins walking distance from St. Mark’s Square and there are many shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby. It is only 50 metres far from Riva degli Schiavoni and from the Vaporetto stop “Arsenale”. You can reach Garibaldi Street in less than 5 mins. This street is famous for its many typical shops. Biennale is 10 mins walking distance.

The wonderful and famous Venice’s Lido beach is only two Vaporetto stops away.

- From Venice Marco Polo Airport take vaporetto “Alilaguna – blue line”.

- From Venice railway station take vaporetto n. 1 or n. 41.

The flat accommodates 3 people. Air-conditioning and heating are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are included. Breakfast is not included.

City tax 3.00 euros per person (1.50 euros from 10 to 16 years / free until 10 years) per night (maximum 5 nights), to pay in cash at the arrival.

For the late check-in we charge an extra cost depending on the arrival time: 20:00-22:00/ 8-10 PM: €30,00. After 22:00/ 10 PM: €50,00.
